grief support
I’m on a mission to gently normalize grief.
Whether it's a personal loss or a team setback, I support those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, confused, or numb. If you can’t even name what you’re feeling, we can walk through that too. Some have carried the weight of grief for months, others for years.
Grief comes in many forms.
Some have lost someone close to them through death; others are navigating the pain of a breakup or divorce.
Many experience the quiet sorrow of ambiguous loss while a loved one who is still physically present is fading due to a condition like dementia. Others face the emotional toll of detaching from a loved one struggling with addiction or mental illness.
There are also those who grieve the unexpected. There may be a sudden medical diagnosis, a job loss, or a life-altering event that requires a fundamental shift in perspective and lifestyle.
Some losses are openly acknowledged, while others go unseen. Regardless of the nature of the grief, it’s real and it deserves space.
In our work together, you will:
Understand what grief is and recognize its symptoms in your own experience
Reflect on your personal story of loss
Learn how to advocate for yourself in both professional and personal settings
Explore grief practices that resonate with your unique needs
Consider what comes next — honoring loved ones, finding meaning, and integrating joy
If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect. Let’s start a conversation.
