a bit about me

I love my work. Whether I’m coaching a leader, teaching a course on team dynamics, facilitating a workshop on grief, or walking alongside someone through loss, I show up fully — present, engaged, and committed. Of all the careers I’ve had (and there have been a few!), this practice draws out the best in me and reflects the strongest skills I’ve developed over the years. The path here wasn’t linear, but I’m so glad it led me to where I am now.

Both my professional journey and personal life have shaped this work. As a communication designer with my own firm for over 25 years, I built my success on deep listening and the ability to reflect each client’s message and mission with clarity and creativity. In higher education, I nurtured collaborative relationships with faculty and fiercely supported students. Throughout, my commitment to understanding and honoring the needs and intentions of those I serve has never wavered. Relationship-building, grounded in empathy and compassion, is always at the heart of what I do.

Today, I feel certain that walking alongside my clients — through the challenges, the celebrations, and even the ordinary moments that make up a life — is exactly where I’m meant to be.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia and, a few years ago, returned to the beautifully diverse, green, and walkable neighborhood of my childhood. For now, it’s home. A daily meditation practice keeps me centered. My roles as mom and grandmom keep me humble and grounded. Travel, writing, and time with dear friends (who are truly family) bring me joy and meaning. And a lifelong passion for learning keeps me curious, connected, and fully alive.
